Three months ago, I graduated with a BFA in Photography. During my last year at Camberwell, I wrote my BFA thesis that focused on how Joel Sternfeld and Alec Soth develop a contemporary practice of documentary photography beyond the editorial system and how narrative is conveyed within their work. Since I interviewed Alec Soth for this, and that he developped some very interesting ideas, I thought I’d upload the final thesis for anyone who’s interested in reading it. So you’re welcome to download it here.
